Healthcare professionals often play a significant role in families’ journeys with baby loss. Sometimes, navigating this heartache with patients can result in secondary grief and trauma for care providers. We want to acknowledge and honour this important work, as well as support you with some tools and strategies to manage the toll this work can take, as you continue to provide compassionate and meaningful care. Registration opens Tuesday, April 1, 2025.

IS SEATING PRE-ARRANGED?

Seating is arranged in round tables with 8 individuals per table. Tickets purchased together in a single purchase will be allocated to the same table. If you are not purchasing tickets together, you can make note of your preferred seating arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, CAN YOU ACCOMODATE THAT?

When you register for your ticket, there is a form to fill out prior to checking out. Within the registration form, there is a space allocated for sharing dietary restrictions. Lunch will be served buffet style, but the venue has ensured that we will be able to accommodate dietary restrictions by labeling allergens as well as ensuring there are options that work for each guest on the buffet.

ARE THE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

The tickets are transferable, but not refundable. If you are no longer able to attend, you may contact us by email at tinyfootprintsyeg@gmail.com to transfer your ticket to a colleague.

As an organization, Tiny Footprints Society of Edmonton humbly acknowledges that we are grateful settlers in this land.
