Is seating pre-arranged?

Seating is arranged in round tables with 8 individuals per table. Tickets purchased together in a single purchase will be allocated to the same table. If you are not purchasing tickets together, please make note of your preferred seating arrangements during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request but can’t promise you will be seated with preferred individuals.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

During ticket registration, you can fill out the form field allocated for sharing dietary restrictions. Lunch will be served buffet style, but the venue has ensured that we can accommodate dietary restrictions by labelling allergens, as well as ensuring there are options that work for each guest. Please inform us in advance whether you will need special accommodations.

Are the tickets refundable?

Tickets are transferable, but not refundable. If you are no longer able to attend, you may contact us by email at tinyfootprintsyeg@gmail.com to transfer your ticket to a colleague.

Where can I park?

Evario offers ample free parking in the hotel parking lot. There is no need to register your vehicle on site.

Is there a dress code?

No, there is no dress code. Please dress to your comfort level!
